variety of executive management roles — from global financial institutions to
smaller boutique organizations.

Skilled in change management, Reed has steered organizations through nine
different reorganizations (merger or other), successfully reversed stagnant and/or built flourishing platforms.

organizations and ultimately produces a more just and compassionate world.

Reed’s ethics can be traced back to his Midwest upbringing and working on a
horse farm. With a Jesuit education he honed his inquisitive nature studying
philosophy and religion in college and considered being a professor. When he’s not reading and learning, you’ll find him spending time with his family, hiking, cycling, traveling, and helping others.
